WGI’s design supervisors oversee the work of the consultant design architects and engineers. WGI prides itself on engaging only highly qualified design teams that are experts in the particular types of projects that we develop.

Our designs provide our tenants with a clean, safe and comfortable working environment which increases worker productivity. Special consideration is made to lighting, landscaping, parking, vehicular movement and safety. Our staff of space planners provides the ultimate in spatial design.
