Just building a facility and occupying with tenants does not end the job of a developer. Once the facility is occupied, it is the responsibility of the developer to provide building and site maintenance.

This is necessary because we, as the developer, are involved in our projects for the long term. We maintain an on-site manager with a secretary who is responsible for the day to day operations of the facility and providing services for the satisfaction of the tenants.
